My go to is always changing. Right now it's fantasy but it is also biographies or mysteries. It all depends on my mood.

I love romance, especially period settings. I also love fantasy, magic and fairy tale genres.

For me it'll always be somewhere along the lines of a romance book. Preferably a love story between college students or maybe in their early to late 20's... I also like to read romance books that center around sports. So if I'm stuck in a rut of bad and boring books I can always count on that type of genre to lift up my mood.

I'm torn between young adult fiction and a good romantic comedy (chic lit). That is probably why my double bookshelf is separated by the two genres. I guess it comes down to, am i feeling romantic today, or am i feeling young? lol

Fantasy Adventure, Young Adult fiction, or LGBTQ+ fiction! I especially love it if it has both action and romance! Horror is also always fun to read, particularly if it's about zombies!

I love a good romance, but lately after moving to amish country in Pennsylvania, I find myself drawn to the amish stores about their life styles and ways of courtship. Author Kelly Irvin has a wonderful way of making the story come alive for me.

My favorite genre is women's fiction. However, I am open to other reads if they catch my eye. It also depends on my mood, some great story line, or a book cover that look interesting.

Favorite authors will light up my eyes if they have written a new book!

A comfy chair, cup of coffee, and a great read will make my day!

Thriller books never go wrong for me. I've read atleast 1/2 of the Paranormal/Thriller books in my school's library.

The genre I go back to over-and-over again is paranormal romance. I can't stop its my passion  . I love the plot twist, the dark mysterious characters, and I love the mystery of trying to figure out what's going to happen and how it's going to end. :D

I always go for more of a mystery with slight romance book. I both love and hate the damsel in distress angle.
