I definitely believe in ghosts. My mother is actually a member of a paranormal investigation group. Not only have I personally experienced things throughout my life, but I have seen some amazing evidence. I'm still on the fence about whether they are good or evil or somewhere in between. My religion makes it hard to decide. :eusa-think:

I cannot subscribe to organized religion because I am a very evidence-based rational person, but I'd like to believe ghosts are real because that would mean that there's something on the "other side".

I don't think I believe in them, honestly. But I'm also the type of person who always suspends all disbelief and kind of immerses themselves into the story, so oftentimes when I read paranormal and ghost stories I do get a bit freaked out, especially if it's dark and late. I imagine seeing ghosts, though, and so I just scare myself even more even though the logical side of me doesn't believe they exist.

I, personally, don't have any experience or encounter with ghosts or any paranormal being. But I know a lot of people who do and those people are smart and respectable. I think it has to do with being 'receptive' of these entities and if that's the case, I'm grateful that I'm not receptive at all.

Yes I believe in ghosts, I believe most spirits are of those that either choose to stay and help, or do not know they have passed. I have had experiences where I have seen ghosts, of people that I knew who passed on, and they all seemed to just want to let me know they are around, and that I have nothing to fear from them.

I don't believe in ghosts but that doesn't stop me being scared silly by a good ghost story!

Sometimes I am not sure what to believe. I know people that 100% believe in ghosts and other friends who do not at all. I like to think that there are people watching over me or my grandpa visits me when I think of him.

I do think, however, that there are unexplained situations that arise that some people can only explain them with ghosts. Some things happen with no other explanation and one cannot simply dismiss the idea of ghosts because they may not want to believe in them.

I think this is an interesting topic as I have friends that sit on both sides of the table on this one. What I have determined is those who haven't had an experience dealing with ghost for the most part don't believe they exist and vice versa. I on the hand have numerous times so I believe they do exist. Now as a catholic, we are taught of purgatory so naturally my thinking is that this is the "realm" for which they come from. So add to this question if you believe they are real, where do they come from?

I do not believe in ghosts, I believe in demons and Angels. Not only because I am a Christian, but from personal experience :3 I am a medium and I am currently struggling to block everything out. Just like any other creature some supernatural/paranormal beings are good and some are bad. Sorry for the book. Take care loves <3

I've never had an experience were I truely believed I was in the presence of a spiritual being. I do however believe in their existence. I have had moments were my eyes play tricks on me, and it appears that a shadow shifted. Even none believers who experience these shifty encounters, call into question what they are really seeing

I have warred over this choice for years. I've come to the conclusion that I do in fact believe in ghost. Whether they are actual entities or images made from a desperate mind is an altogether different question. Some could view them as tricks created by ones mind to ensure them that there really is something else out there after death. Either way they are completely real to the person experiencing them.

I never use to believe in ghosts until my husband moved into our first home together, and there were 3 spirits that lived there. A little girl who enjoyed playing with our dog and talking to my husband in his sleep. An elderly women, who never did anything except watch us, and a man named Howard, who lived in our basement and hated when we would have the basement door open. They were all pretty nice, except when the basement door was open, Howard liked to play tricks and make it sound like dishes were breaking.
I connected with them, a few times and that's one reason I know the man's name, he told me.
Once a believer I will always be a beliver
