Do you like Easter? Do you always enjoy decorating Easter Eggs? Then this book by Maya Elston titled Eggstravagant Easter Eggs [i/] is for you. This book talks about the magic that the Easter eggs bring. It gives a brief history of easter eggs and a step-by-step tutorial on how to design one.

Maya Elston guide and takes us on a journey on how to properly make an easter egg. She presented different beautiful, luxurious, and extravagant designs of easter eggs that you can make by yourself or with your family. She made sure that the tutorials are easy to follow and that you won't lose interest halfway through the book. Each chapter tackles different easter eggs concepts such as polka-dots, decoupage, and Italian and Spanish tiles style. Not only did she shared her designs but, she also gave useful advice on how to properly care and design them. She included pictures of her designs for visual representation and the list of materials needed.

The great thing about this book is the fact that it isn't just some boring step-by-step design tutorial, she made sure that making and designing easter eggs sounds fun and enjoyable for the readers. It is evident that she enjoys what she's doing and genuinely wanted to share it with everyone. Honestly, I'm not the artistic type and I always think that designing is a drag but, there is something in this book that made me read it from top to bottom. I also suddenly wanna design some eggs even though Easter isn't going to be around the corner until next year. On every page, you learn and discover something new. Her tips and advice throughout the book are so helpful. And I like how she attached photos to make it easier to envision the designs and follow through with the tutorials.

There really is nothing unlikable in this book. It's helpful and is edited beautifully. I didn't find any typographical or grammatical errors in it at all. I rate this book 4 out 4 . I totally recommend this book, not just to anyone crafty and enjoys art, but also to readers who want to learn something new and is looking for an activity that they can do to pass time. It's like reading a book and making decorations at the same time. This is also recommended to those looking for something to do with their family or just looking for something to give their loved ones as a gift.
