The Employee Millionaire - Personal Workbook by H. J. Chammas is a workbook dedicated to helping individuals attain wealth and financial freedom through property management. In this book, H. J. Chammas targets both investors and the average person working a regular nine-to-five job and carefully illustrates, through a series of steps, the property management process. From selecting the prospects to managing the property, each step is clearly detailed and easily understood.

The book, throughout its ten chapters, meticulously guides the reader through the property management process. Each chapter is solely dedicated to a single part of the overall process, where the information is beginner-friendly and accompanied by worksheets, diagrams, and simplified examples. In addition to this, the author also includes advice on how to adopt a better attitude to achieve and maintain financial freedom, as well as his reasoning and opinions on why owning property is far superior to other forms of investments. He accomplishes this through examples based on real-world and personal experiences.

What I loved most about this workbook was how incredibly easy it was to follow along and also the feeling that I comprehended everything that I had read. In this regard, H. J. Chammas did a great job explaining unfamiliar jargon that would have otherwise been confusing to the average person. It was simply eye-opening to be made aware of particular terms such as 'good debt' and to have also come to the realization that paying for everything cash isn't always the most efficient route. Additionally, starting the book by asking personal questions and providing the worksheets accompanied by snippets of the author's personal achievements and blunders, I believe, would motivate and inspire anyone to, at the very least, start managing themselves in such a way to shape a better mindset to achieve their goals. It also shows that everyone makes mistakes, but instead of viewing them as setbacks, they should be seen as lessons.

Another thing I thought was important to note was how the author mentions the significance of having a coach as opposed to a mentor. 'A coach has some great questions for your answers; a mentor has some great answers for your questions,' is a quote that would make a world of difference for any interested individual or a seasoned investor intending to diversify his portfolio. Having a mentor who coaches one through a process rather than simply giving all the answers would impart a more valuable experience and better equip one to properly handle their new venture.

With that being said, there was nothing I disliked about the book. It was also exceptionally well edited and so deserves a rating of 4 out of 4 stars.

Lastly, I would recommend this book to any person interested in investing or seeking advice on how to achieve wealth and financial freedom through property management. It would not be suited to persons seeking rapid results as this is essentially a guide providing the know-how on how to achieve wealth through dedication and continued hard work.
