Do you feel stuck? Do you have goals and dreams that you keep putting aside? It's time to start putting together a plan that can get you on the right track. If you are someone who needs to start taking action and making changes in your life, this book is for you.

Fear Not, Dream Big, & Execute by Jeff Meyer takes you through several lessons to help you get from where you are, to where you want to be. These lessons guide you in overcoming your fears, realizing your self worth, and creating more in your life. The book is divided into two parts. In the first part of the book, Meyer walks you through creating a clear vision of your dream and igniting the spark of motivation to start working on it. He helps the reader develop clarity in what it is that they want. In the second part, Meyer walks the reader through realization strategies to create a plan they can take action on. He describes how you can choose to fill your days and mind with activities that will in your journey through personal development.

Through each lesson, the author helps you keep a clear focus on what it is that you want to accomplish, and how to get there. He also provides Bible passages to illustrate and expand on some of the lessons. Meyer shows the reader how belief can help you overcome fear and develop clarity in your life.

This book is not meant to be read in a day. I highly recommend having a notebook and pen with you while reading this book. At the end of each lesson, there are questions to answer with action steps to take. I love how Meyer created the lessons to build upon each other over a period of time. He guides you through developing awareness of the blocks that are holding you back, and gives you strategies to overcome them. The author helps you understand your current habits, and helps you create new ones that serve you better. I appreciate that he shared stories of his own thought process, as well as activities as he uses this in his own life. He talks about his own shortcomings, which may be relatable to some readers.

There wasn't anything that I disliked with this book. I feel that it was well written. The writing was simple. The lessons where mapped out at a pace that most people could follow. The strategies provided were not complicated.

I enjoyed thinking about my own goals as I read this book. I have to give this book 4 out of 4 stars. There is nothing that I dislike in this book. It is well written and thought provoking. It is a practical guide for those who will take action in completing each lesson. I found only a few errors that did not hinder my ability to read and understand this book.

I recommend this book for primarily for adult readers who enjoy motivational books. There are several references to the Bible, and this book may not be suitable for those who are of different beliefs. I think that this book is not intended for young readers.
