Cynthia and Dan by Dorothy May Mercer, is an intriguing novel about love life. It consists of a main character, Cynthia. Cynthia is a wealthy and beautiful lady. She has all she needs at her possession. Her love life is a complete mess. Cynthia makes a very big mistake when she meets Sky Eastman. She has dated Dan for three years, but the relationship did not seem to yield further results. Sky and Cynthia goes out together and soon after, Cynthia gets a pregnancy for Sky through forceful and illegal attempts by Sky. The two loggerheads, Dan and Sky, go in an absolute war and Cynthia seemed to free from both of them. She recuperated her love back to life.

The aspect that I love about the story is that the author did a captivating job in bringing out the characters collectively, giving a very beautiful picture about the book from when Cynthia started a dirty love life a happy one.

I didn't fancy the fact that the story was more of dirty romance, unwanted pregnancy and the likes, which made me feel uncomfortable while reading the story.

I am therefore giving this book 3 out of 4 stars. This is because of the above mentioned reasons. You should have a second thought before reading this book due to the contents.

Finally, I recommend this book to romance and Young Adult bookworms. Children are not recommended to read this book because of the dirty romance and gore contents. Generally, I recommend adults to definitely give this book a try. It's worth reading.
