American River : Tributaries is a book by author Mallory M. O' Conor and is part of a trilogy series. Marian McPhalan decides to leave California taking with her Alex her daughter.

The book is written in third person perspective giving it a glance that may well suit reader's preferred outlook for reader's with the tasteful design of third person perspective. This is one angle to the book that certainly is a good tickle. Besides that the read is a good hold on grounds for having various characters that do tell the story. Some of these characters are Marian McPhalan, her daughter Alex, Owen, Julian and Kate.

Well to deem the positive mirrors in light, this book has superbly relatable characters, realistic as well. It is an interesting read further adding to the upsides that the book has to offer. The interest is drawn from the tension the characters do rub off. The characters do help splash suspense as the read flows on as well. One other splendor that Mallory M. O'Connor makes use of that is noticeably a good touch to the book is the placing of thematic concerns that are well reflective of a life that meshes and binds the book wholly.

The book has downsides to it which is evidently not something slightly great for a jolly good read sitting. It's not quite the ideal task when it comes to getting in the familiar zone with the book's characters and this is one angle to the book that's definitely amiss. The reader will have an off-feeling when it comes to the plane and direction the book takes. In light of the cons to the book are it certainly isn't the best of the best on any given shelf.

I rate the book a 2 out of 4 stars for a good upward slope in the manner of writing scale the author uses. It doesn't slip much and upholds the ability to let the reader amazingly into the book's world. I would recommend the book to lovers of books that like to venture into the book's settings as this book holds an array of well portraying the places of the page's unfoldings.
