Once in a while, I like to join my brother cycling in the forest. However, I've never thought about getting involved in mountain biking. I like to watch some videos of mountain bikers, but I am not really interested in it. I think it was hard, especially climbing up the hill or the mountain; it takes lots of effort and energy. Besides, I am a lazy person. Even though I rode my bike in the forest, there was already a track provided, so it wasn't difficult at all. After seeing this book for many weeks, I decided to give it a try.

Let’s Mountain Bike is written for everyone interested in cycling, particularly mountain biking. It provides all the information you need to start mountain bikes. The explanation is very detailed, like what kind of bike you need based on your types of terrain and riding style. Some information is relatively new to me, especially about bicycle parts or bodies. Therefore, I have to ask my brother for clarification because he's more experienced and interested in mountain biking than I am.

Paul Molenberg is an expert in mountain biking. He knows every aspect of this exercise. He explained everything clearly, from picking the right bike to considering the terrain, riding styles, body types, frames, components, and prices. He also explained what needs to be considered if you are planning to buy a used bike. I think that's pretty useful if you are new to mountain biking and do not want to spend much money buying a new one.

There is nothing that I don't like about this book. It's informative and easy to understand. Besides, the writer gives me an idea of what type of bike I should pick for a lazy person like me, and my option goes to the electric one. I am the kind of person who rides a bike to enjoy nature, not necessarily to improve my fitness. That's why an electric bike is the most suitable for me. However, if you want to consider the long-term benefit of fitness, then go for another choice. This book will help you choose the right bike.

Therefore, I am not hesitant to give this book a 4 out of 4 stars rating. I recommend this book for every passionate biker out there who wants to try mountain biking. I have already recommended this book to my brother, and he's so excited about it. Even though the book does not succeed in convincing me to try a mountain bike (that’s because I am lazy), the information about the bike is beneficial, and I am glad that I read it.
