The first section starts with a list of fitness myths and realities. Don Roberts, the author and Fitness and Nutrition Specialist, then provides suggestions, reminders, and home/travel routines. The second portion includes before-and-after images of the author's client as well as a summary of their transformation experience. This section also features images of the author's bodybuilding. Section three includes Don Roberts' personal pantry list, ideas for eating less food, a food pyramid, and nutritional advice. Other health misconceptions and truths are listed in section four, followed by the author's recommended resources.
“A Don Story” is inserted amongst the chapters from time to time. Myths, facts, suggestions, advice, and stories are all accompanied by a quote or proverb from a famous or obscure person. The majority of the points are followed by cartoon images that further illustrate the preceding concept. There is also a list of suggested books and videos to help the reader achieve holistic wellness.
The book has been expertly edited. When refuting myths and supplying facts, the author took care not to make any issue boring. Each topic is thoroughly explained in a concise manner.
I was intrigued by the idea of the relationship between a person's mood and his desire for a specific type of food. I also like how each myth and fact is more than just a hollow declaration. To back up his claims, the author cites studies and research.
After reading the book's debunking of many ingrained illusions, I am still hesitant about a few aspects. I, on the other hand, have no cause to dislike anything in the book.
My rating for Wellness Toolbox Master is 4 out of 4. Throughout, the information does not overwhelm the reader's senses. A lot of fun to look at the cartoons. It discusses the pros and cons of several sorts of exercises. More information can be found in the section on nutritional advice. There is also information on the benefits and side effects of each food item. Bibliographic references help to eliminate any doubt on the part of the reader.
As a fitness lover, I would recommend Wellness Toolbox Master to anyone searching for a reliable reference in the form of a book. Motivational injection for lethargic, unmotivated persons who need guidance.
