The book Rulers of the Galaxy by Tayma Tameem, tells the story of Salarin. A woman who finds herself in the middle of a battle and with no memories. Decided to find out who she is and who is the baby, she rescued from the battlefield; the woman runs away in an escape pod, found on her way out of the fight. She lands at Elventar, where she begins a great alliance with Bosco, a young raider. The lad shows himself as a valuable friend and helper on Salarin’s journey.

At first, I need to talk about how well-built was Salarin’s story, so full of ups and downs, that makes you want to stay and discover what she is going to do next. The character has so many details, you can see how the author took some time to create it. Second, the story is amazing, on the beginning, it was a little slow and confusing, but then when the universe starts to find its line, it was just great. The fights scene were perfect, it made me feel like I was watching them fighting and cheering for Salarin or Bosco to win their fights. And third, the backstory looked so much like Star Wars battles between the Republics and the Empire, which was great.

The negatives points were the final of the book and the villains. The end of this book should be more developed, too many things happening at the same time and very fast. The writer could have slowed down a little while writing it. And the villains, they were too predictable, you could feel what they would do next, all the actions parts on the stories were Salarin and Bosco trying to figure out who she and the baby were. No big villains in the story.

My rate to Rulers of the Galaxy is 4 out of 4 stars. Salarin's journey is amazing, it makes the reader ask for more every chapter read. You are always curious to know what will happen to Salarin and Bosco and who the baby is. The book was very well edited, making the reading experience very pleasant and exciting.

This book is totally recommended to everyone who likes star wars, and who likes a good fantasy book. Also, people who are interested in galaxies, planets, and futuristic's stuff. And who are tired of that romantic cliche, the girls falling crazy in love with her "savior".
