Ironing by Navajo is a book of fictional genre. The book depicts the story of people living their daily life in the streets of London.

The story starts with three friends Emma, Ginie and Royanda who were going to a greyhound racing centre in East London. While travelling, some events happen with these three friends and they come across different people who gave them advice through their experiences. In between their parts, there were other side stories of people around them and people who lived in London.

The author has written these parts very beautifully where the main story switches with the side stories. It makes you feel like you are watching the whole events on a show. There was part where a character is reading another story; this part was so interesting that it makes you want to keep reading it. The author has written each character very beautifully, like Emma who looks like a carefree girl but is actually knowledgeable and caring.

The way the flow of the story goes,it makes you keep wanting to read it. When you get interested in a new side story author switches it to another, which makes you want to wait for another parts. The Book was about the normal life of people who are are unaware of the big event that will happen to them. The author has shown the normal life of normal people with normal habits, not like in some stories where there are some ideal characters who sometimes feel unreal. The author has done a great job in writing this book with no errors.

The book contains various sensitive parts, which can be a trigger for some. Throughout the book, this was the only part that makes me not to give full stars to this book, so I will give this book 3 out of 4 stars.

Overall, this book is a good read. I would like to recommend this book to everyone except for the people who cannot read sensitive stuff like abuse and offensive language.
