Everyone has the ability to be leaders in anywhere and everywhere, unleashing inner CEOs in every one in an organization is that great successful key in this new digitally era. The 4th industrial revolution also called the (4.0) revolution is a blend of the human touch and digital innovations, the inner CEOs in any organization needs to be supported by their companies so as to bring out the best in them. As an inner CEO there are some key thing he/she needs to know in order to win which is first knowing the 4Es (Envision, Engage, Execute and Excel) this makes the employee comes out which great ideas that makes the company growth. Also the 90 days road map is another way to bring out that inner CEO from an employee by helping him/her to measure their progress, also anyone who want unleashing their inner CEO form within should know the goals of the company. Someone who wants to bring out the best in him/her must have this ability to select the right and appropriate technology to use in communicating your idea. As an organization it is right and vital to collaborate, supported and encouraged any idea that comes from those leaders that want to go pass their job roles when the ideas are in line with the company’s goals.

Every person has the ability of being an inner CEO at any level, as an employee I don’t need to fight to be promoted to be important all I need do is to bring out my leadership from within. When an employee in any organization goings beyond his/her job roles he needs to be recognized and rewarded so as to make them do more. This book was just excellent.

I rate this book 4 out of 4 stars. This book was professionally edited; in this era what we need is to bring out the best ones at any level, a great inspiration for leaders around the world in this new era. The digital world that we are in is moving fast than we except so this book what we need now if we must growth in this new working era.

I am recommending this book to those who want to go beyond their job roles, bring out that inner leader from within, CEOs of companies, HRs and business owners and then those who want to take higher leadership levels and positions.
