Love is a beautiful thing. However, it can become a thorn in the flesh if confusion sets in. Love is also enduring, patience and always there at every point in life, whether sweet or not. All these attributes of love are neatly embedded in Little White Lies by JC Anderson.

Mia is a 26-year-old teacher who is passionate about her work and ready to impart knowledge to her pupils. She is beautiful and has a beautiful family that cares about her. At 15, Mia falls in love with Lucas, whom she dated through her high school days. However, because Lucas is constantly abused by his parents, he enlists in the military. Mia waits for years after she loses contact with Lucas, but he does not return. Mia's friend introduces her to Michael, and they fall in love. Lucas eventually shows up after Mia moves in with Michael, and confusion sets in. Will Mia reunite with him? How did Mia manage between Lucas and Michael? The answers are in this marvellous piece. Pick it up and enjoy.

Little White Lies is a romance novel that captivated me right from the beginning. The book is filled with suspense, and I enjoyed every bit of it. The book is a page-turner. It depicts the importance of true friendship as evident in the relationship between Mia, Sarah, Michael and Mark. They were there for each other through all the difficulties. It also reveals that true love will always remain fresh and untainted. The author made the book real and relatable.

When couples genuinely love each other, challenges and trials will strengthen their bond. The trials will make them release deep emotions that will strengthen their bond. Mia and Michael displayed this at the time of their trials. Their characters are well-developed, and their love story inspired me. It made me more determined to always be there for my partner no matter how the going gets. If I could replicate this, our love story would inspire others.

Through the character of Lucas, the author taught that having abusive parents could significantly and negatively affect the life of a young child. It could make a kid grow wild, unhappy and insensitive. Thinking of this made my resolution to be the best dad to my kids stronger. I felt so sorry for Lucas because all odds were against him, and he had little control over it.

There is nothing to dislike about this book. The book is properly written and well-formatted. The story is engaging and captivating. However, I need to let out a note of warning: this book contains explicit sexual scenes, rape scenes, violence, and profanities. Therefore, I wouldn't recommend it for younger readers and those easily offended by reading such elements. I will recommend the book to mature readers and those who love romance novels.

The book is filled with themes on love, friendship and marriage. The book seems to be effectively edited, as I did not find any errors. As a result, I will rate the book 4 out of 4 stars.

Many times, why confusion sets in after a return of an ex is because there is a lack of purpose. I love that you like my review. Thank you.
