In this book, organizations learn to empower their employees to unleash their inner leadership abilities irrespective of their position. He beckons us to prepare now as he freely shares his experiences at the helm of bringing about such change to various global organizations. The author extends more learning opportunities by featuring experts from international organizations and features practical resources, making this a must-have book.
The author equips us with many excellent resources that put any business on the right path. These are a selection guide to identifying employees who need to unleash their inner CEOs and assessment tool; moreover, a toolkit inclusive of leadership assessment and a 90-day road map and tracker. The benefits of which all CEOs and other organizational leaders pocketbooks will thank the author tremendously. The tools present within this book do not solely benefit organizations, but it helps employees align themselves to be the best leaders in their daily lives.
What I love about this book is the inclusion of interviews with experts. It makes for an untraditional book structure that allows readers to tune into the vision of the importance of unleashing CEOs at all levels in action. The interviews bring more insight and reveal what needs to happen at the executive level for a successful digital transformation that unleashes employees inner CEOs.
In addition, the concepts within the book take a step-by-step approach.
