Review of Natural Relief for Anxiety and Stress
Natural Relief for Anxiety and Stress is a helpful book that shares natural remedies for stress and anxiety disorders. The essential objective of this book is to instruct the reader on the causes of anxiety and stress, as well as natural remedies for these conditions. Gustavo Kinrys, M.D., and Alexandra Gold, M.A., two medical professionals, wrote this book based on their own experiences.
The book begins with an overview of anxiety disorders and stress symptoms. The book explains how fear is the primary cause of anxiety disorders. The book discusses how stress is managed, which determines whether it has a negative or positive impact on our health. The book provides a variety of natural methods for treating anxiety disorders and stress. Get this book to learn everything there is to know about nutrient-based remedies, natural remedies, herbal-based remedies, and alternative remedies for managing our mental health.
This book is an easy read that can help save lives. Not only is it a quick read, but it can be read many times because of the knowledge that anyone can gain from it. The book was written in a simple format that anyone could understand. The authors begin by dividing the two main topics, anxiety and stress, to help the reader understand what is going on and whether the remedies are effective. I liked how the book includes a series of tables with the various remedies so that people who find it difficult to read educational books or are illiterate can easily follow along. This book informs the reader of several steps they should take to avoid ignorance when suffering from stress and anxiety by providing examples of the symptoms.
I have no complaints about this book. This book is a self-help book in the sense that it guides the reader or patient to choose the right remedies to cure anxiety disorders. The authors support this book with facts and research that will demonstrate to any reader how thoughtful this book is. Nutrient-based remedies, in my opinion, are the most effective anxiety treatment. The book explains how food nutrients bind to and regulate the levels of certain hormones in the body. The book also describes the types of foods that contain the essential nutrients that the body requires to reduce anxiety disorders.
I'm rating this book 5 out of 5 stars because of the knowledge I gained from it. This book is exceptionally well-edited. I found no error in it. I recommend this book to people who love reading self-help books, educational materials, and health-related materials.
