Review of Natural Relief for Anxiety and Stress
Natural Relief for Anxiety and Stress: A Practical Guide by Gustavo Kinrys, MD, and Alexandra Gold, MA. Is a self-help book and guide to natural remedies to relieve stress and anxiety.
This book explains what anxiety and stress are, what symptoms they can cause, as well as different treatments and how to use them the right way. If you are someone who suffers from stress or anxiety, this book is a very helpful guide that you can use in your everyday life. This book covers a wide variety of tools you can use to help with stress and anxiety, such as herbal-based remedies like chamomile, ashwagandha, lavender, and more; nutrient-based remedies like magnesium, melatonin, and lysine, to name just a few; as well as natural remedies including breathing exercises, hydration, yoga, etc. The book also explains how anxiety and stress can take a toll on the body and cause chest pain, sleep disorders, headaches, and so much more. If you are interested in learning more, read this book.
This book contains a wealth of information that is clear and concise and easy to navigate. I like that the authors condensed all the different remedies into five easy-to-read tables, and it also contains a grocery list at the end. As someone who suffers from both anxiety and stress, I am very grateful to these two authors for creating this masterpiece.
I did not find anything that I disliked about this book. It is clear and easy to understand, and there are so many different remedies that it would be impossible not to find something that will work for you.
I found no errors while reading this book. It was exceptionally well-edited and easy to understand. It is insightful and educating, and I will be using what I learned from this book for the rest of my life. I rate this book a well-deserved five out of five stars.
I recommend this book to everyone who suffers from anxiety, stress, and depression, as well as people who are tired of relying on pills to make them feel better.
