Heartaches 3 is the the third book of the series Heartaches: Bad Boy Vibes, by H.M. Irwing. The series revolves around a couple, Anna and Rafe, who had both been victims of sexual abuse; and their trials in getting justice for themselves. Although they faced their tragedies prior to knowing each other, their perpetrators were in connection with each other and had used the same drug on both of them to decrease their psychological inhibitions, increase their libido, and effect upon poor judgement so that they will not be aware that they were raped, but rather had consented to it. The pair is seen in serious action as they work tirelessly in accomplishing a long-list of missions as they avenging their transgressors. One of their crucial assignment is to stop Rafe’s aunt from marrying Peter - one of the three Anna’s perpetrators. Can Rafe and Anna successful stop a wedding of a madly in love woman and a man of power, wealth, and prominence? Can they shut down a sex-drug syndicate operated by their abusers and still live?

Comparing this book to the previous two of the series, I liked that it had very limited use of vulgar language and the expression of sexual scenes. This makes the book accessible to a wide range of readers. The book also had very few grammatical errors, pointing to the fact that it got supplementary edition. This made it easy for me, as the reader, to enjoy reading the book without being interrupted by unnecessary blunders.

What I found as a turn-off in the book was that the author spent a lot of time making excessive descriptions about people or events. Although this makes it easy for the reader to be on the same page with the author, most times it was too much and made it disinteresting and tiring to continue reading further. Apart from this, there is nothing else that I hated about the book.

The book covered a wide range of themes, from friendship, to love, and to closure. A lot can be learnt about life in general by reading the book. My favorite line from the book is, "Beauty is in the eye of the beholder. That is exactly why anyone can look beautiful. Influence the mind is all you need to do. But first, affect your own before attempting to persuade another. You need to believe you are beautiful before you can persuade another to believe that in you.”

I give this book a rating of 3 out of 4 stars. It had a lot of unnecessary parts that did not affect to the storyline. The book was well-edited, inspirational, and full of humour. I would recommend this book to anyone who likes reading romantic novels with a twist of tragedy and mixed-themes.

These books from the series Heartaches: Bad Boy Vibes have been really interesting to read. I learnt a lot and also indulged my self in the authors humour. I definitely recommend all of them to anyone who interested in reading a romance genre spiced with tragedy and strong love.

The cover of the book is unsettling. But it makes sense if the book is about romance also. The book sounds nice, I would enjoy reading it sometime. Thanks for the review.

This book sounds like an emotionally charged journey with a mix of suspense and romance, l want to read it. The complex storyline involving Anna and Rafe's pursuit of justice is intriguing. I'm curious to see how they navigate their mission to stop the wedding and dismantle the sex-drug syndicate. Thanks for sharing your thoughts on this book!
