This book gives off a romance and crime thriller vibe. This Cynthia character sounds interesting. I'd like to know more about her and her brother's work.

Cynthia Patterson, who is admired for her intelligence and beauty, works as Senator McBride's chief security officer. Her romantic life takes a turn when she meets Sky Eastman, and she finds herself in the middle of a terrorist group's involvement in a drone incident. Together with her brother Glenn and his cyber defense firm, Cynthia launches an exciting cyberwar against the terrorists. Cynthia and Dan: Cyber War is written by Dorothy May Mercer.

I feel this book doesn't have a straight up storyline. Cynthia balancing her romance and job life is hectic with suspense inclusive. The story sounds like a movie I just say with the whole technology and action scenes.

Mercer's consideration for readers, such as flagging R-rated sections, demonstrates her thoughtfulness and commitment to providing an enjoyable reading experience tailored to individual preferences. While some readers may find certain themes like abortion and miscarriage discussions unsettling, Mercer's exploration of complex human experiences adds depth to the narrative, prompting reflection and discussion on relevant societal issues.
