Being charismatic is a feature that not everyone has. We often see how charismatic people can change the vibe positively when they enter a place. This is because of their charisma. As the author said, charisma is like a sort of magnet that inspires charm, confidence, adoration, influence, etc. In The Charisma Factor by Leesa Rowland, we see the characteristics of a charismatic person and the benefits of being charismatic. With these characteristics, one will know if they are charismatic or not. This book also teaches the readers how to be charismatic. Get a copy to find out more.

The Charisma Factor by Leesa Rowland is an exceptional book because of its practicality. Leesa talked about how being charismatic will be beneficial in sectors like leadership, business, and relationships. I love this more because she backed her points with references and real-life stories. It made her points more relatable. One part that stood out to me was when she talked about appearance under “Developing Charisma.” Reading that part made me more conscious of the way I dress. In fact, there are so many points in this book, and they are all perfect.

The only thing that I had an issue with was that she did not address charisma with respect to introverted and shy people. This was an issue for me because most charismatic people tend to be extroverted. Does it mean that introverted people cannot be charismatic? This is minor and does not affect the top quality of this book. I believe this is a broad topic, and the author did her best to cover as much as she could.

I rate this book 5 out of 5 stars because I learned a lot from it. I did not like that I was left with an unanswered question, but it does not negate the fact that this book is top-notch. I did not find any error in this book. It was professionally edited. I highly recommend it to anyone who wants to be charismatic. As the author said, you would need to be really focused to achieve this.
