Overall, this book is an invitation for readers to peel off all the ‘masks’ or fake personas we often wear just to look good in others’ eyes, and instead, learn to live as our true, authentic selves. Tony J. Selimy formulates 5 main principles to help anyone become their authentic selves:
• Remove the mask - recognize the true self, not just the outer persona.
• Stop living just to survive - Learn to live with full awareness and purpose.
• Control emotions - No longer a slave to negative emotions.
• Take back control - Realize that freedom is the result of inner work.
• Choose love - Make love the "commander" in life.

Advantages of this book:
•Relatable style - Written in a warm, engaging narrative that's easy to follow for anyone.
•Practical concepts - Not just theory; it includes real exercises readers can try.
•Authentic inspiration - Tony shares his own experiences, making the message feel genuine and down-to-earth.
•Multidisciplinary — Combines psychology, leadership, spirituality, neuroscience, and personal growth.
•Very timely theme — In an age of fake social images, authenticity is deeply relevant
The shortcomings of this book are:
•seems repetitive - some points are repeated with different words
•classic motivational style - some quotes in this book can often be found in other self-help books, so it is considered less "new" for readers who have often read this genre.
•Exercises require high commitment — Although good, the exercises require high discipline and not everyone is suited to the "exploring deep emotions" model.

Criticisms for this book:
•This book would be more interesting if it had more varied case study illustrations, not only from the author's and his clients' experiences.
•Explanations in several chapters could be condensed so as not to revolve too much around the same concept.

Conclusion:
The Unfakeable Code is a sharp reminder that behind the mask of the ‘fake me’ lies the authentic self who deserves to be heard, loved, and fully lived — if only we’re brave enough to do the work.
