Global Vice started with a bang and kept my interest throughout the story. The dialogue from Ben, one of the main characters, begins with a lot of expletives as he chastises himself about the job he was doing without his partner, Nickolas. With that being said, every character introduced after that was intelligent, vibrant, interesting and well set for the drama through the rest of the tale. All the characters are in great physical shape, and there are many descriptions of good-looking people with resources that are tied to their various companies.

It was fascinating to see the characters of ComSec grow their company as the story progressed. The AI in this story, EVE, created by the genius partner, was amazing and provided a credible reason why a future follow-up sequel could occur. It was well-written and easy to sink into the characters' actions and emotions. The professional connections Ben Alexander and Nickolas Zelenko, the owners of ComSec, the security company, had proved that good networking was the key needed to grow their business, as the cast of characters in the book grew and were integral to the story. Law enforcement at all levels in this book was open to collaborating with ComSec.

Allison McBride, a partner at ComSec, stumbles onto a vast human trafficking and organ-selling enterprise while performing an insurance fraud investigation. When Ben becomes involved, the investigation turns deadly.

The book blended romance, danger, espionage, travel, fun, intimate moments, great dining and many examples of how extremely successful people live, work and how the villains manipulate situations in this world.

The main characters all exhibited remorse as they viewed themselves to be good people when forced to defend themselves in violent situations that were critical to who would survive. I found myself rooting for their relationship because both characters were likable and fun, perfect for each other.

The characters traveled to many locations in the world tracking down the criminals. The author does a fantastic job of being descriptive. I gave this book a 5 out of 5. It was a suspenseful, engaging story with good dialogue that had me holding my breath on the edge of my seat.
