Rebirth and change are always needed in our lives, all three main characters in the book "My Trip To Adele" are seeking a new beginning. They all seem to have reached a turning point or a milestone in their life, where they had to make a pivotal decision, so each one is seeking to find a middle ground or a place of balance in their world. These three characters seek hope and joy through Adele’s music.

The book my Trip To Adele is a fictional novel, which was written by siblings authors R.I. and A.I. Alyaseer. This book was inspired by their trip to see an Adele concert, both authors are huge fans of Adele. The main themes in this novel are freedom, optimism, and courage. On some level, all three characters were seeking freedom, their point of main inspiration was singer Adele's music, each chapter's title is named from one of Adele's songs.

It is easy for the reader to capture that Adele is the thread which links all three main characters. It was interesting how the authors use Adele's song lyric's as a kind of catharsis or symbolism to demonstrate how the characters were feeling, throughout each chapter. My favourite character is Nadia; I like the level of courage and optimism she showed and her capacity to do what’s right for her son, despite her marital issues and divorce. The character Yaser feels trapped by is marriage and is not sure of what he needs to do, however, his character along with the others is also on a journey to find freedom and happiness.

The characters were very relatable and interesting, but at times they seem to have too many issues going on, which might be confusing for a reader. The book might be tedious to read if you're not an Adele fan.The central plot of the story takes place in Verona, Italy, in which the singer Adele performs live at a concert.

While I was reading the novel, I took short breaks just to listen to Adele's songs, hoping to get a better feel or understanding of the themes and characters. Overall, this novel tells a fascinating story, a story of faith, freedom and most importantly one of believing in the power of love, based on the score, I rate this novel
3 out of 4 stars. Do I recommend this novel? Yes, I do recommend it to all book lovers.
