Excellent review except for the wrong name of the author. I read the great book, "Gates to Tangier" by Mois and it is one of the stories which remained in my conscious mind. I hope this second book will be translated by someone who has the demand of both languages.

Thank you for your response DonnavillaMarie01. I admit I wasn't careful. I didn't realize that I wrote the wrong name of the author. I have read your review of his book, "Gates to Tangier". I think this book, The Stealer of Memories, could have been as good as that book, if it was translated well. I agree with your suggestion.

I admit I made a mistake with the author's name and for that, I sincerely apologize to the author, Mois Bennaroch. I agree with your opinion. If it would be translated well, it'd be better. I'll give it a 4 out of 4 stars if it would be re-translated.

I think I would give this a try. I believe the plot is great despite the errors. Moreover, I recommend that it should be re-translated by another person who is very proficient in both Spanish and English.

Hi Donnavila Marie01. Thank you for your reply. Yes, I admit I made an error with the author's name. Next time, I would be very careful with the details. I agree with your suggestion. It would be much better if the author would consult another person to translate his work.

Reading your review, the book seems like a confusing book to read because there are different parts. Maybe I would not appreciate it if I would try. Thank you for this honest review.
