Thank you for your thoughtful review. You're very right about the abundance of information and misinformation online in this area. It's a subject in which people will always be interested, so it is definitely important to know what ideas should and should not be viewed as accurate.

I've always loved books like these that are eye openers. The fact with drinking water before meals is quite an eye opener in itself. I had read it somewhere before, but i didn't realise what a drastic difference it makes. I like the debunking of GM foods, i actually learnt about it when completing my degree, but I haven't seen much evidence to support my own theories. It's nice to know this book does. I'd love to read this one. Definite must add. Thank you for your great review!
Between the pages of a book is a lovely place to be...

Thank you very much Christina Rose and I very much agree with you. Having a professional set the record straight with all the misleading information out there is nice. This book definitely does so as all the author's inferences are based on concrete and thorough research and not just baseless opinions.

Thank you very much Excitedreads for taking the time to go through the review. This book definitely contains a lot of information. The references section of the book also contains, well, a lot of references that you can use should you one day decide to further your studies. I'm glad you are interested in the book and I assure you it will be worth your while.
