I am reviewing the book Followed my Star by AR Annahita. This book gives a new perspective to life that people should think about. I found it intriguing. The book falls into the nonfiction genre. It talks about how you should be able to think for yourself . It teaches you not to jump to conclusions about people.
I liked how the book made you think a little outside of the box in the beginning. I learned that one can be a follower and not be a great person. I think it is important to try to keep and open mind with people and events that come along. It is important to remember that no one is really perfect . This book is a great self-help book for those who are looking to make a change within themselves. I know for me it has shown me that snap judgments are dumb. It talks about how we need to focus on our own people in this country and their needs.
I disliked the fact that book repeated a lot about inner peace. I do think inner peace is important. I also think that everyone has their own level of peace they are comfortable with. I do think happiness and peace and love are important, but I also think it's a good idea to play it safe especially when it comes to the people you are around. The book to me is a bit of double-edged sword because it tells you to be nice and loving but not everyone is worthy of that honestly. I think helping people is a great thing and many have a very giving heart but that can cause trouble at the same time.
I think if everyone took the time to look at themselves this world would be a lot easier to live in. It's important to learn to not let things bother you. Inner peace is important especially considering it's the one thing that will make a person's life livable or miserable. I don't want to live a miserable life so I focus on what makes me happy. This book shows you that it's possible to do this.
I gave this book the rate 2 out of 4 stars. I found the book to just be okay. It was quite repetitive and all over the place. I think this book would be perfect for those people who are looking to drop stress or pain in their life. It will help you find your inner peace and help turn your life around.

this is the first and last self help. I'll read. I'm not big on nonfiction unless it's like true crime books. The Researcher wrote:Though the self-help books are a good read I think this book is not for me. Thanks for sharing your views.Nice review!

wow, I like the double-edged sword. It is somewhat a rebuke to me. Thanks Pontiac21.The book to me is a bit of double-edged sword because it tells you to be nice and loving but not everyone is worthy of that honestly.
