This book tells the adventures of an orphan girl who travels the Olympic National Park. I like the travel theme of this book, but I think that the way it is written is not for me.

Wonderful, fantasy story of a girl Sarah Cooley who along with her grandfather and dad traveled and explored the majestic landscapes of the Olympic National Park on their way to pay customary homage to Sarah's great-great-grandfather, Bob-bob. Her journey is quite adventurous with lot of challenges and learning, and the story is written nicely and seems to be quite enjoyable.
life is only knowing the unknown, we can do this by reading books easily- Online book club is a great place for this. This is what I believe.

Interesting, I don't think I've ever come across a book like this before, described as a combination of "pragmatic consciousness and imaginative mysticism". I'm a big fan of speculative fiction and fantasy is my favorite genre, though I'm not sure how I would take to this since I'm one of those readers who prefer more traditional interpretations of the genre :D However, you have piqued my curiosity. I may give this one a try if ever the mood for something different strikes!

I also read and reviewed this storybook by Charlie. I was amazed by Sarah's role in the narrative; she helped them to accomplish many tasks, but she also made their journey very mysterious.

Thanks for a very detailed thorough review. This sounds like quite an adventure with mystery, mysticism, folklore, traditions, and scientific theories. Quite a mix.

Thank you for your honest review concerning this book. While I am an avid reader of fantasy novels, I don't think that this book will be a good fit for me. While the author gives the reader something unique with this story of family, discovery and some fantasy elements are woven in I prefer more "true" fantasy than this book offers. The storyline doesn't appeal to me so I will be passing on reading this book.

The title of the book itself is so intriguing. I love Sarah Cooley's story and would love to read every bit of it. Great review!

I'm not entirely won over with this book. I think it's something I could enjoy but at present it seems too complex for me to want to entertain right now.

Perhaps I'll read more reviews in the future and consider it again.

Thank you for your in-depth review. This sounds like an exciting adventure story. I like Native American lore, and I look forward to checking it out further.
