I read and reviewed this book myself and pretty much agree with you. Alex did have a tendency to get over confident, which I didn't like either. I did like the creativity of the plot. Being able to travel through the internet is certainly an interesting concept.

I find the concept of this story fascinating. It would definitely be some adventure to be able to travel the interwebs. Sounds like he runs into some bumps along the way, as any person who gained such power would. In all, sounds like a great read. Thanks for your insight!

I've actually read this book. I really enjoyed it, especially the premise. I agree with the reviewer, it was kind of odd--and stupid--how Alex got so confident and I'd argue cocky about robbing criminals without thinking of the consequences. In a way, though, I think this helps characterize Alex and reminded me that he was just eighteen and so prone to making stupid mistakes without thinking about the consequences. Thank you for the thorough review!

I've read the book and Alex's ability to travel through network cables to any destination in the world is also the thing that first caught my attention. However, I would have preferred for the author to make Alex a more complex character and to develop both the plot and the other characters much better. Thanks for your review!

I sampled the book on Amazon. This story has an intriguing plot written very well by Alex Fayman. Alex, the protagonist is an orphan who develops a special power through which he could travel physically along the network of the internet. As I mentioned earlier this book has been written very well portraying the human emotion along with the theme of sci-fi. LV2R has said in the review that this book would attract readers who would be intrigued by such an imaginative sci-fi plot and I also agree with it. Cheers :) :)

:( :D  The book is a mix of bad and good.ALEX coming from a poor background with no moral upbringing just happens to do whatever looks cool to him.i love the story line getting money online claiming self righteousness by actually getting it from criminal.

This book sounds interesting. I like science fiction books and the plot seems very intriguing. Traveling through the internet sounds like a fun adventure. It's too bad the main character started acting strange and over-confident. Still, I'm sure many people will love this book. Thanks for your review.

Wow. I recently read and reviewed this one too, and had a completely different response. I thought Alex was a self-absorbed, arrogant jerk. It's hard to like a story with such an unsympathetic hero. But it's interesting to read reviews with different perspectives.

Wow..nice one. As I was reading through this review I was imagining myself being in Alex shoes and traveling to whatever place I've ever dreamt to go to. Sci-fic and fantasy are really my best of genres. A commend the reviewer for the amazing review. I look forward to reading this book.

Internet traveling by Alex seems very cool. However, I'm not pleased with his immoral acts. This book has a good premise and the main character looks very real. Thanks for the review.
Feeling upset sometimes may be unavoidable, but acting distressed is always optional.

Great job on review. It does sound like this book will be very interesting. Finding out how he travell through web will be interesting. And I'm sure his life choices after knowing he can steal from criminal bank accounts will not be a boring one.
