The extent of political crisis in Voulhire is worrisome. This is a great book.

I love the comparison with Game of Thrones! Though I hadn't thought of that when reading the book and writing my own review, I can see how they would be similar and I agree that fans of one will enjoy the other too. Thanks for your insightful review!

I love the fact that the introductory set is slow-paced. It gives the reader a bird view of the situation.

I have started the second series and I find it intriguing as the first set. Matthew Tysz is an elite author.

I also did this book and would say Matthew is a great fiction novel writer, he continues to leave his readers on suspense, with so many questions unanswered. I enjoyed reading this.
