The plot of this novel is an interesting one. I also enjoyed reading it. Hiram was an interesting character. I love the character development the author did with him.

Although I haven't read it, I find this book to be intriguing. This novel, McDowell, is jam-packed with lessons as it tells the story of grief, retribution, atonement, regret, love, and sincere friendships.
