Some of us do need to learn how to re-connect with people post Covid. I am one of those who loved the isolation and less mingling but now, we are all back to various social spaces.

The book can be a great help. It really is hard to get back in shape from social anxiety and depression. I totally understand how it feels to have someone to talk to or at least someone who can listen to you. Your review is concise and beautifully written. Thanks for providing such reviews!
