No matter how many books I read on the subject, I'm too introverted to ever be in sales! Therefore, the book is not for me. From this review, however, the book sounds interesting enough to recommend to some salespeople I know! :)

Developing good communication skills is definitely on my list of goals to achieve. Since I don't know a thing about sales, I believe this book might teach me something new and useful. Thank you, Gerry, for the detailed and well-written review.

This book seems like a valuable resource for refining sales techniques and improving communication skills. I'm intrigued by the CAPI and FAB systems outlined by the author. It's already on my reading list too. Thanks for sharing your insights, Gerry!

This book sounds like a goldmine for sales professionals! I appreciate how it breaks down techniques like CAPI and FAB, making them easy to understand and apply. White's emphasis on building relationships and embracing rejection as a learning opportunity aligns with my approach to sales. Can't wait to dive in!

Sounds like a useful read for those involved in marketing. I could see how those techniques could be applied to other roles where you need to use persuasion too.

I am not sure how I feel about this book. It doesn’t seem to really apply to me on the surface. The further that you dig into what the author says, though, the principles can also apply to life in general. Thanks!

I agree. The book is very concise and still contains so much information. The whole sales process is explained easily. You can remember well the steps thanks to the acronyms. Great review.
Book allow you to fully explore a topic and immerse yourself in a deeper way than most media today. Mark Zuckerberg.
