"I love how ‘Play Golf Better Faster’ focuses on the mental aspects of golf as much as the physical. Barlis's advice on embracing psychological challenges is invaluable, not just for golf but for life in general. This adds an extra dimension to the book that sets it apart from other golf guides

. Before reading this book, I had a completely different perception of golf, thinking it was a dull sport reserved for the wealthy and not requiring much effort. Kalliope Barlis changed my perspective entirely by showing me the depth and complexity of the game. This book opened my eyes to the mental and physical challenges of golf, making me appreciate it as a sport that demands focus, strategy, and a well-trained mindset.

Kalliope Barlis does an excellent job of breaking down the mental aspects of golf, particularly through the use of Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP). I never realized how much of a role mindset plays in the game, and this book clearly explains how conditioning your mind can drastically improve your performance. The emphasis on mental preparation was a real eye-opener for me.

I found the division of the book into three parts—mental aspects, practice tactics, and playing strategies—very helpful in understanding the game. Each section is well-organized, making it easy to follow and apply the concepts in real life. Barlis covers everything from the mental challenges to practical strategies, providing a comprehensive guide for golfers of all levels.

The use of simple language in this book made it incredibly accessible. Barlis explains complex concepts in a way that anyone can understand, making the book suitable for beginners and experienced golfers alike. I especially appreciated how she made the connection between mental conditioning and improved gameplay clear and actionable.
