Though I usually don't prefer reading non-fiction, except for a few essays written by well known authors of classic novels, the summary and review is quite enlightening. I will give this book a try. I like your detailed review.

Real Secrets of Life by Krishna Jagarnath, is a spirituality fiction book and the author claims that, if anybody follows the teachings of this book for 1-2 months, will see the tremendous change, in many aspects of life.
The spirituality fiction genre never appealed to me, so this is not my cup of tea.

As it said "A reader lives a thousand lives before he dies" A book should teach you about every domain of life. so, in the end, you are more grown, mature and better person than before. This book seems promising. nothing fascinates me more than knowing the basics of spirituality. And here it goes. A good review by the way. can't afford to miss this masterpiece. Thanks.

I've read a lot of self help books... This one sounds interesting, written in an easy to read and relatable style. After I finished the free sample, I wanted to learn more. I like his generosity of spirit in wanting to help others to experience joy and share the wisdom that he has learnt. I also do not like what religion has done to many people and love his message about uniting people of all faiths. Seems like a good read.

This book has brought out more information about body health. The part about health amuses me because we humans work more on assumptions rather than reality.[amazon=][/amazon] :(

This is a very lengthy review because the writer took out time to explain the basic truths about spirituality.
Reading the summary of chapters 2- 8 it became more of mystical experiences teachings and experiences.
Health, spirituality, healing and positive thinking were his major points and also love. This is a great review however, I'll pass on this.

Thank you for your insightful review. I agree with the author about God being the five basic truths outlined, however, I also believe that he is everything that is positive in the universe.

I do enjoy a non-fiction book to be well organized and written in a straightforward manner that is easily understandable. The author explores the important subjects of health, spirituality, Pranic healing and positive thinking. I am familiar with pranayama’s, simple deep-breathing exercises, which are quite beneficial. Thanks for the insightful review.
