Cadmium is a dangerous element. The author seems to have tackled a lot of elements in quite a different way. This seems like an informative read.

I am always intrigued when a science fiction author tackles current world issues (such as poverty) in such inventive ways. Nice review.

He talked about much more issues such as, health, selfishness and carelessness of the people and those in power. It's really an educative read. Thanks for your comment.
