Even though I don't mind most children's books, I'm not sure if the book is for me. The illustration seem off to me and I'm not sure about the story. The book does seem educational and gives life lessons for readers.

Being an only child, I was exempted from this feeling (to be frank, I am a bit glad about that). However, in countless occurrences I have heard about this uncertainty the older siblings feel at the arrival of a newcomer whom he/she is supposed to love. A great job writing about such a familiar issue in a way that appeals to children. Kudos to the author! And thanks for providing us with such a wonderful review!

This book sounds adorable and like a great way to teach kids about both bringing someone new into the house and encountering something strange or different from what one's used to. Kids will love that the mystery animal is a giraffe, too, especially since it's something you don't see on your average farm. Thank you for the helpful review.

This seems like an incredibly adorable book for children. Kittens and bunnies are great choices for characters, and I'm glad they were given cute personalities. I love how you related the Cain and Abel saga to Farmer Beau's animals. I too, read and enjoyed this book, especially the pictures. I do agree that it can be tough accepting newcomers if one feels that the status they enjoy would be tilted. It's nice that this book tackles such issues for the young ones. This fun tale about six kittens and bunny under Farmer Beau's custody sound very intriguing. The cute personalities given to these animals makes this book a wonderful children read. However, I'm not a fun of children reads and therefore I'll pass on this one

Sounds like a fun story for kids with a valuable lesson. I understand why Sammy and Kailey were afraid about having a new creature on the farm and if the love of farmer Beau and Bamma for them would diminish. Congrats to the author.
