I’m not a fan of spiritually based self-help books, so I’m going to pass on this one. But the author’s concept about the five basic needs in life is interesting!

This would be a great fit for people who are into spirituality and mysticism. Not my usual cup of tea, however, so I'm gonna pass for now.

This book sounds like it would be good for people who are very open to other kinds of religions and spirituality. It includes discussions on karma, palmistry, and aura, along with marriage, parenting, and healing. The book is structured well and explains difficult and new vocabulary. I am glad that you got something positive from the book.

At first I was not interested. But after reading a few reviews I found I may really enjoy this book. I like the ideas it gives you to run a more healthy and smooth life. I agree that our lifestyle is essential to how we feel and that a bad lifestyle can cause desires and such. I would love to read this book farther, as I am pinned of some guidance. Thank you!

I am not into this kind of spiritual approach books. Will be interesting to someone with more spiritual or the desire to learn more about the theme. Will share as always. Congratulations.

I can't buy into the notion that there is a spiritual answer for all of one's ills. I have never been a particularly religious or spiritual person, and although the thought of the answers to life's secrets lies in trusting a spiritual being is alluring, it's just not for me.

You have given an extremely detailed review, and it seems like it might be a book that you can read the chapter that you need instead of the entire book. Thanks for your review!

This is an impressive summary of the book and its chapters. It is very positive to want to bring change to society. It is a fabulous gift. It is true that there is an integrated approach to our health, mind, body, and spirit. We are all of these aspects of the whole and when any one of those pillars is out of alignment we suffer in some way. A positive attitude plays a role in our overall well-being and all types of health as well. It is equally important that we pay it forward by giving to others and to the coming generations. This author appears to have found a holistic approach to all of the tenants of a well-balanced experience and seeks to share that with the global community.

Thank you for the review. This book, without a doubt, sounds very well organized and with an appropriate language for the topics in question. Unfortunately, I do not usually consume these spiritual books around the secrets to have a better health and life quality, so I will pass on this one.

This book sounds like it could be an interesting read. I'm agnostic but I am also spiritual, so I like to explore different points of view on this matter. I'm not so excited about God being mentioned but I am curious as to who/what God is to this author. Thank you for the thorough review.

I like that the book has a definite structure and seems to be logically laid out. I also appreciate that the author has plenty to say about living a fulfilling life and is willing to share that with others.

I'm not typically into self help books, but there are a few chapters that you mentioned that I would be interested in checking out. I also have checked out books on spirituality in the past for research purposes and found myself.pleasantly.suprised, so this may be something that may interest me in the long run. Thanks for the review.

This book on spirituality sounds like a very enlightening read. While it’s not something I’d typically read, this review gives me enough information to pique my curiosity.
