The plot sounds interesting enough. I'm happy with the author's powerful description of settings and actions all through the plot. I have not really found a fantasy novel (specifically about magic) that beats Harry Potter. I'll look into this one to find out.

The inclusion of magical elements and the detailed descriptions of the setting make this book even more appealing. The author's craftsmanship in crafting a believable and authentic world is commendable. The glossary is a thoughtful addition that enhances the reader's understanding of Voulhire's culture. I'm definitely interested in reading this book.

This is quite an eventful and suspense-filled fictional story. Galen, escaping his land battling with crisis and going to the land of Voulhire for safety and also going take charge of his uncle's properties is a whole lot. I hope he found a balance in the end. Congrats on BOTD.

The novel sounds interesting with it's own world, I hope Galen Bray will find a way to learn to navigate this coveted city amidst both benevolent and malevolent external forces.

I am part way through this intriguing fantasy novel. I think you have captured Voulhire wonderfully in your review, without giving away too much. I, too enjoyed the detailed descriptions of the scene and characters. I am excited to learn more about Galen's adventures. Congrats to the author on BOTD!!

I have already read this book and written an OBC review of it, and I agree with this particular review in giving the title a perfect rating of 5 out of 5 stars. This fantasy novel really is entertaining with its intriguing characters and fascinating storylines. One thing I did point out though is the lack of *strong* female characters, but these isn't much misogyny in the book so I don't think it's that big of a deal.
Congratulations to the author for BOTD!

The story full of magical elements was interesting. I love Galen's tenacity. It's amazing how he took the opportunity to start his new life when his uncle sent him a letter.

I'm not an avid lover of fictional books, so, I'll pass it on to ardent readers of it because it will appeal to them more. However, Galen's character is quite an interesting one. Congratulations on BOTD.

I could only imagine the type of life in the land of the prince's that would make Galen face death at sea than stay one more day in the land of the princes.

I enjoyed reading the book due to its adventure and the existence of magic. I love the aspect of Galen leaving his war town to Voulhire where he inherits his uncle's wealth, but still, there exists Riva Rohavi who intend the attack Voulhire.

I'm glad to have the opportunity to read the book. I found it quite interesting. The inclusion of a map in the beginning, and the vivid descriptions got me. I however felt that the characters are not fully developed as they are many.
