Sounds like the authors was able to divide everything into subjects (chapters) for others to easily follow. I unfortunately don’t care to read books of this nature. But I do believe that those that do will gain from reading this book.

"The author further explains that although modern medicine is useful, they only contain an illness, but it does not get into the so real root problem. He further gives a various example to support his arguments. He also argues that it is not normal to get sick and we are meant to live a healthy life. The author states that the diseases we get mainly as a result of the food we eat as well as other factors such as our environment, stress and our emotions."

I am interested in subject like healthy living. This part of the book interests me. I would like to know if the author gives examples of how to live a life without diseases.

Thanks for the detailed review. Although well laid out and easy to read this is not the genre of books that I enjoy.

This book teaches us to be grateful for life and appreciate it. this life runs in harmony, but not all life values can be seen. therefore it requires expertise and an open mind to trace it. I guess, I need to read this book. So, thank's for the review

Thank you for the detailed review. There are just so many things in this book that I don't believe in that I couldn't possibly read it. The author is almost contradicting himself by talking about God and, in the same vein, go for palmistry etc.

You've really summarized the book very well. I'm interested in the idea that Karma can be 'stopped' by "changing our desires from what we want to what God wants', that sounds like an interesting theory.

Anything too spiritual or mystic isn't exactly my cup of tea... I'll pass on this one, but thanks for thorough review that breaks down all the contents covered by the author

' In material nature, the author argues that there is a need for people to realize that there are divine beings, not the body and avoid being just associated with material things of the world.' This statement is very true and the fact that we have learned to associate with material things so much that we lack peace is the reason for the misfortunes that at times we encounter and some vices as well.
You have summarized the book well. Thanks for the review.

This review broke the whole book down and summarized every chapter so I don't feel the need to read the book any more.
