This sound very interesting and enlightening. It reminds me of the book "The Secret of Life" which was written in the 1920s. However, it appears to have more of an eastern spiritually.

I recently read a book in this genre, so I will likely wait a bit to read this one.

Human suffering seems inevitable, but the author provides solace for this as he takes the reader on a spiritual journey. He also dishes out Ayurvedic remedies to many common chronic conditions.

Based on the review, the book seems very well organized and put together. I commend the author for that. Even though this book is not my preference, I do believe that some people will find it helpful in improving their mental and spiritual health.

This book has great ratings and is said to really help find their spiritual pathway. While it seems interesting, I often find that these books are very easy to read and hard to re-read and apply the teachings. Life gets so busy, everything that you seem to learn goes by the wayside. However, I will keep it in mind.

Thank you for the great review! I like that you laid out the highlights in each of the chapter. It helped me see what all the book is about. Though there are parts of the book that are interesting, I don't think that this book is for me.

Based on the review, Krishna Jagarnath shares some interesting opinions in "Real Secrets of Life." I especially liked his explanation of karma; Jagarnath even offered a solution to stop its vicious cycle! I also agree with him about the importance of teaching the right values to kids due to their eagerness to learn.

Krishna Jagarnath's "Real Secrets of Life" is a renowned book that delves into the complexities of human existence, emphasizing the significance of awareness and a meditative secret to break unhealthy food habits. It also offers advice on eating habits, the role of mood and food in health, and the importance of embracing God's intervention.
