The way your review sings praises of this book makes me want to check it out. Add on the fact that I too love paranormal tales with dashes of mystery and romance, and this sounds like a great evening read. Thanks for a very enthusiastic and honest review!

I am somewhat sensitive to paranormal content, but this Hattie sure sounds like an intriguing personality. And of course your review left me wondering what is the mystery she reveals…

Thanks for an interesting review!

I love paranormal stories but would enjoy this more because of the mystery and romance genres added to the story.

Thank you for stopping by! Hattie is very interesting. And the mansion is very mysterious but in a good way. You'll have to read to find out more. :D

Thank you for your kind comment! :) Vamelda made me laugh several times and the novel wouldn't have been the same without her.

Thank you for commenting! :) Hattie had just the right amount of snob so she could still be loveable and not annoying. Her change was beautiful.

Character development is something that I really appreciate in a book, without it sometimes it can get a bit boring. And this mystery seems different, and added to the self-discovery Hattie faces looks like a good mix. Nicely done review :D

Thank you so much! :D I also value character development in the books I read. If a character goes through many lessons and doesn't change at the end I find it quite disappointing.
