I read the sample and found it to be very interesting. I saw that this was based on a screenplay, that would explain why the chapters were short and concise. I love mysteries, and will be adding this to my reading list.

What a review! I am going to read this as I love mysteries. The fact that you mentioned the book to be a fast paced story is just an additional embellishment. Thanks for a great review.

After reading the sample, I hope there is more background on the characters. I am interested in reading the book based off your review though. Sounds like a great page turner and I won't be disappointed with the story when I'm done.

It was a thorough review that focused on both parts of the book the mystery and the relationships between the women and between the detectives that are what make the book. It also tells the good as well as the bad points to the book which make it helpful in choosing a book.

The character is well plotted. Detective Bays been romantically involved with Casey in a homosexual relationship. A lot of suspense from fighting crimes to accepting their relationship in open. This is not for me, thank you for the review

B-Side fascinated me in the sample, as it is so rare to read a novel that centers around the LGBT community and isn't just shoved to the side. This, combined with the mystery plot, intrigued me greatly and I may purchase it yet. I am particularly interested in the love triangle and how it may play into the effectiveness of the detective side. Thanks for the review!

This mystery novel has an interesting romantic aspect. I'm glad to see that the characters are well-developed. Looking at your review, I would have wanted to get a glimpse about the murder mystery instead of the relationships from the characters. But overall, it is intriguing. Thanks for this review!

Not really up my alley, but it sounds like the novel has an engaging plotline overall. Good review.

This is a story about complex relationships including lesbians. It has mystery. However, I'm not interested in the theme. Thanks for the review, though!

Already read that one and although I wouldn't call this book overly memorable, it's quite decent written. It doesn't present all that much in regards originality, but perfectly fits in said genre. I spend goot time while reading it.

Love triangles, murder mysteries, well-developed characters, and good editing make this book a good fit for me. I will pop it in my bookshelves and pick it up at some point.
