A story about a family travelling and discovering new things together definitely sounds interesting. I look forward to seeing how their relationships will develop. Congrats on BOTD.

Thanks for the review, but this has actually been BotD AND BotM a few times before, and I wasn't interested then, nor am I today. I don't care to read about an orphan and her grandfather because I don't like familial stories nor do I like historical fiction.

The story of Sarah Cooley sounds really interesting. I am glad that the author spiced up the story well especially with a great storyline and worldbuilding. Great review

The main character of this story is Sarah Cooley a brave orphaned girl who surprisingly meets her grandfather Tom, and together they explore the landscapes of the National Olympic Park. The story is about the adventurous exploration of Sarah and her grandfather and the contradictions between them.

Thank you for a truly unique view of this book. It sounds like it will be a very intriguing read. I like the way you describe the life lessons that Sarah receives from those traveling with her.

"Pragmatic consciousness and imaginative mysticism," sounds like a very interesting and different read. I'm officially curious. Thanks for your review!

Thanks for the great review, Espie. This is actually the first book I started but never got around to completing on this site. For some reason, it just didn't appeal to me. But I'm glad you enjoyed it so!

Strong Heart by Charlie Sheldon is about the arduous yet wonder-filled journey of a headstrong orphaned girl named Sarah Cooley, which started when she surprisingly appeared on the doorstep of her grandfather, Tom. Interesting novel to read
