Nice review. I believe there us a lot to learn from this book. As stated in the book, Rising’s view on the current state of the U.S. economy and government which isn't a pretty picture is in contrary to my view as I have always thought U.S to be world power with a fast growing economy. I would read this book to gain more knowledge.

It is a great political book, providing insight into the American economy. All the same, I find the title too provoking but I am sure the author had his reason in choosing it. Thank you for a wonderful review.

I totally agree with the idea that most people are not on the extreme right or left. But the extremists get all the press and make the rest of us look bad.

Being non-American I find the book intriguing and also appealing to all countries since we all want our government to be more accountable to its citizens. Sadly it's a utopia what the author describes. Either way, your review is to the point and really engaging.

I found this review to be very timely in our country's present situation. With the political unrest and economical disaster from the pandemic, I think this book would be a very interesting view on our country"s overall health.
