Definitely a 4/4 for me! The story is well paced and well written with an intriguing storyline that will keep readers on their toes. It started out sad and while the exposition was a bit slow (though this the case with a majority of books), once the plot got going the story grew into an inspirational and captivating journey. As for the characters, the character development was on point. The thoughts and emotions of the characters were realistic and easy to connect with and share what they were feeling. I think everyone who reads this will be able to connect on a personal level to at least one or more of the characters whether it's their actions, thoughts, or the challenges they face. It's extremely well written considering its Vo's debut novel and this heartwarming book will take you on a roller coaster of emotions. The message of hope really shone through the pages. In conclusion, I would highly recommend 2612 Cherry Lane if you're a fan of romances. It's a finely spun tale about loss and faith great for anyone looking for a story with deeper meaning or just wanting a fulfilling book to bring on vacation.

I read this book and thought it was repetitive at times with the story dragging occasionally also. However, it does have a good plot and a very good message. Thanks for your wonderful review! Glad you liked the book. 🙂
