This book has made me feel so many emotions while reading it. Glenn Vo, has made 2612 Cherryhill Lane one of the best and most thought out romance novels I have read in a long time. I highly recommend this book to any romance connoisseur.

You follow the main character Jonathan McCalister in the beginning as he just won the championship, along the way learning everyone's names and understanding the dynamics starting to pan out. Then the unthinkable happens and through the process you shed tears for Jonathan as he tries to come to terms with everything that has happened, having the most important people leave him along the way. Later in his life he meets a girl named Samantha Reid, and they share the most pure memories and events. What starts as a personal assistant grows to a friendship, which strengthens what's to come later in the book for these two characters. Jonathan and Samantha both have their own problems and as the book progresses along with their relationship, you see them help each other overcome things that one made them crippled.

As far as a warning to all that want to read this! This book does involve God a lot through Jonathan's journey. So I definitely don't recommend this book to those that get offended, or don't like books that incorporate the Christian religion.

I can not stress this part enough, Glenn Vo has done an incredible job painting scenes throughout the book making you feel like you are there with the characters. Not only that but he has done an amazing job using third person in his favor, so you can see all sides and understand not only what one person is thinking or doing, but what they all are. It may seem like a lot but it ties the novel together so well that you don't want to put it down while reading it. There is a nice length that explains Jonathan's life before Samantha comes into the picture, giving the reader a nice dynamic and understanding on Jonathan's feelings and where he is in life. This novel had me crying ugly tears at the end, from being so invested with these characters and the story as it played out. Glenn Vo also has done his research throughout this novel, using only facts and real life events to give the characters more life than most books I have read.

The only thing that I disliked most with this read was the ending, it felt rushed. I understand that the epilogue should have cleared it all up, but I wish I could have read how it all panned out. I wish there was more of a story on what happened after Samantha's sisters wedding.

This all being said I can safely say I give this book a whopping 4 out of 4 stars. With it being enjoyable and beautifully edited, with little to none errors, I can't see this novel get anything but this score. I recommend this book to all romance lovers that enjoy a pure and whole-hearted read. Though as a warning (1) you might want a box of tissues, and (2) you probably will not be able to put it down.
