I'm sure I will enjoy this book since after reading the review I feel the story is captivating. I have a very big problem with cheating and the criminal system, I can't even say how I feel about them. All in all, this is a great review and I can't wait to read the book.

I was amazed how realistically Scott portrayed the suffocation Brynn felt in her loveless marriage, so as the readers cannot help sympathizing with her. Thanks for the awesome review!

This is an interesting and amazing novel.I really appreciated the topic in which this book surrounds. This has lead to the destruction of a lot of marriages. A lot of things needs to be reviewed. Nice Review.

I was also impressed by the preface, but irritated by the rest of the sample, which, thanks to this review is not representative of the novella; Brynn appears self-indulgent.

I agree with your statement that there are many perspectives to the same story. It is more than just a case of "he said" and "she said." It will be fascinating to see the interactions between Brynn and Marcus as we get a sense of why they are experiencing marital problems. Furthermore, I am curious to find out more about Joseph, the criminal prosecutor. I like the fact that he contests a corrupt justice system. Character development is clearly one of the strengths in this book.

I would love to read the book. It’s seems to be a physiological thriller. The main focus of the book is on justice. How the story of three people goes and tells different aspects of the novella it will be interesting to read. It’s a great review.

The free sample definitely interested me to want to read the entire novella. I read the review and obviously it was written as a review of the entire novella not just the free sample. I am curious as to what Marcus ends up doing and if Brynn survives after Marcus learns of her infidelities. I will have to look it up on Amazon and decide if I want to pay for the rest of the story.

I would really want to know how the book explains justice. "An unhappy marriage gone wrong" caught my attention in your review. It made me ask "isn't an unhappy marriage already wrong?". What could be worse than being in an unhappy marriage? Good review.
