Curiosity killed the cat but in the book Serendipity Mystery: Diary of a Snoopy Cat by R. F. Kristi, it might save the stolen national treasure. This book features the 7th installment in the Inca Cat Series. It's a magnificent children's book that will capture and fascinate kids aged 5 – 12 years with a world of fantasy full of mystery and adventure.

Inca is a Siberian kitty, proficient detective, and heads a brilliant team of detectives. Her firm has a proud record of achievement in solving detective mysteries. She has explored many places over the World, and she anxiously long for a vacation on the soft sandy island beaches in Sri Lanka.

She intends to visit some of the best World Heritage Sites on the island. They include wonderful temples, the national museum, and caves with ancient historical drawings. While on vacation, valuable antique artifacts were stolen from the national museum. Inca and her friends decided to take the task to recover the stolen treasure. But will she succeed in solving this mysterious case?

The book, clocking at about 48 pages, has a relatively short and interesting tale that will keep the kids chuckling and smiling with humor inscribed on every page. Being narrated from the first-person point of view, I could feel the joy and exuberance in Inca's voice as she narrated the story from her perspective.

I liked the timely unfolding of events and easy to follow plot twists. The descriptions were vivid with captivating colorful pictures that conveyed a clear picture of the scenery.

Summing up, the story had good morals of kindness and friendship. It was well written and professionally edited. I found no grammatical errors in the book, and I enthusiastically rated it 4 out of 4 stars. It's a book full of fun and entertainment for the kids.

I believe Inca to be more like a role model for kids. The exhibition of resilience and intelligence in this story is of great importance to the development of a child's courage. Excellent review.
