Firstly I would like to praise the author Brian O’Hare for writing this extraordinary book. It was hands down one of the best crime/ Mystery books I have read so far and I'm surprised I had never heard of it until now.

The Dark Web Murders the fourth book of "The Inspector Sheehan Mystery series" Is about a killer who runs a blog on the dark web called Nemein's Blog. He writes about his murders and talks about a series of arguments such as Justice, Vengeance, Hate and Satisfaction and how our modern generation deals with such concepts. Inspector Sheehan and his team are led to different suspects who are all part of the fulfilment for the enlightened club that was run by one of the killer's victims. Inspector Sheehan and his team go through a lot to find who the killer was and along the course find out much darker secrets that make the killer look like a saint in everyone's eyes.

From the way the book was written to the subtle clues that he left throughout the book, it was a mind challenging adventure that I really enjoyed. I would always think I knew who the killer was and why he killed his victims but another clue would come up and I would be thrown of track trying to figure out where I went wrong, but as Inspector Sheehan said 'It's the smallest things that matter'. The Dark Web Murders was remarkably edited, there weren't any typos that I could see and if I thought I had seen one I would be reminded that he wasn't using American English but rather British English.

The book does have some profanities but there is no excessive use of it, I would personally rate the book a 4 out 4 stars . Reasons why are (1) it was professionally edited and well written, I didn't have a hard time reading and understanding the book. (2) I loved the way he left subtle clues about who the killer was and how every little thing was giving me a glimpse of who the killer might be, it was a challenge that I really enjoyed. (3) The characters were well portrayed, it was like they were real and not some fictional characters.

I would definitely recommend this book to people who enjoy crime/Mystery books that would give you a lot to think about and a good mind challenge.
