The book "The-Neighbour-At-Number-18 by Hawa Crickmore" is about the neighborhood. The book has a story related to the life of Maria(The main character of the story). Her mother got a friend when she was ten years old when she became friends with her mother's friend's daughter. Her name was Emelia. She was fourteen. Maria liked Emelia more than her mother now. She was totally dependent on Emelia. Maria fought for Emelia when got bullied by other mates. Then Tyler was introduced in the story. Tyler was Emelia's uncle. Emelia thought of using Maria when Tyler blackmailed her for having been involved with her mother's fiance. Tyler asked Emelia to bring the young girls to his apartment. She brought Maria to Tyler's apartment. The same day Police arrested Tyler. Maria fell for Tyler but never told anyone about her love for Tyler. Tyler died, Maria didn't know about his death. She was a grown woman married to a gentleman(Ron) and had one step-daughter and two other daughters. Maria still loved Tyler. She was fifty-five and diagnosed with stroke and brain problem's when her husband Ron got to know about her first love Tyler. Ron got so mad that he decided to give Maria a divorce but before that, she died.

Maria and Ron were my favorite characters in the book "The-Neighbour-At-Number-18". They both stood for each other in difficult situations. They were supportive and that was the reason behind their long-lasting relationship. They held all the family together. Ron's love for Maria was just incredible. The book really made me cry. Certain types of scenes were written particularly well(sad scenes, tense scenes, mysterious ones). There was not even a single thing I didn't like about the book. Everything was written perfectly. But I really wanted Maria to stay alive in the story. For me, she was the main character of the story. So, I wanted Maria to be happy with her children and grandchildren in the end.

I would recommend everyone to read this book. This book is for everyone(Adults, Teenagers, and old ones) because in this book there is a message for everyone. There are things written in this book that everyone should know in their life to live a beautiful life with their families.

I would love to give this book "The-Neighbour-At-Number-18 by Hawa Crickmore" 4 out of 4 stars because I am not able to find any reason to give it a 3. Literally, I love this book with all my heart.
