"Wonks" is quite a title, a very fitting one. I started this book a while ago, and I enjoyed what little I've read. Hopefully, I get to complete it someday.

I love that the book was set in Asia, as I lived in Asia for over three years. I thought the story sounded really interesting. Unfortunately, I fall into the "sensitive" reader category so I will be skipping this book. Thank you for such an interesting review.

Lovely review! I've never read the story of non-Asians captured during WWII, so this book will expose me to a new experience.
